We are excited to host the third annual Hop, Skip & Splash 5K Fun Run/Walk, brought to you by the Jasper Ray Foundation and the Orange County Drowning Prevention Coalition! After the run, enjoy a pancake breakfast from the Huntington Beach Firefighters, live music by Crew-52, and our lively “Under the Sea” Vendor Village with family activities, giveaways, and opportunity drawings.
Drowning is the leading cause of death among young children, yet swim lessons can significantly reduce the risk. Unfortunately, many families don’t have access to these life-saving resources. Funds raised will support underserved Orange County families with swim lessons and water safety education.
In 2024, we raised nearly $25,000, funding scholarships and community events like the OC Safer Swim Party. This year, we hope to make an even greater impact!

Registration is set at $50 — the average cost of sending one child to city-funded swim lessons.
